If you want to make sure our emails always land in your inbox — not in spam or junk — you’ll need to whitelist our address. Whitelisting simply tells your email provider, “I trust this sender.”
Here’s a simple overview of how to do it, depending on the email platform you use:
Most email services allow you to mark specific addresses as “safe” or “trusted.” Here’s how:
Open your email settings: Look for settings related to Spam, Junk Mail, or Filters.
Locate the “Safe Senders” or “Trusted Contacts” section.
Add the email address you want to receive: Enter the address (e.g., bref@clinicgrower.com) and hit save.
If your provider doesn’t have a Safe Sender list, you can set up a filter instead:
Go to your email settings: Look for Filters, Rules, or Blocked Addresses.
Create a new rule or filter: Enter our email address (or entire domain, like @clinicgrower.com) as the trigger.
Choose your actions: Select options like “Never send to spam,” “Always move to inbox,” or “Mark as important.”
Gmail
Use the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” section in Settings to create a rule.
Choose “Never send it to Spam.”
Outlook (Hotmail/Live)
Go to Settings > Junk Email.
Add the sender to your Safe Senders list or create a custom rule.
Yahoo Mail
Navigate to Settings > Filters.
Create a filter that sends trusted email straight to your inbox.
Check your spam/junk folder occasionally, just to be safe — especially after subscribing.
Whitelist the domain (like @yourdomain.com) if you want to allow all emails from that organization.
